Abstract

The article considers the importance of studying the introduction of information technologies in the management of housing and communal utilities. Studying of the state of housing and communal utilities in the Russian Federation indicates the need to search new technologies to activate this area. As a result, we proposed the algorithm for using the crowdsourcing method to improve the quality of housing and communal services, which is a universal tool for solving tasks and becomes possible at low costs for ongoing activities. Based on compliance with this algorithm, it is possible to implement crowdsourcing project that allows to achieve set goals.
