Des lésions artérielles et veineuses s’observent plus volontiers dans le cadre des traumatismes pénétrants et des traumatismes à haute vélocité. Le développement des techniques endo- vasculaires et des accès mini- invasifs explique la part croissante des lésions iatrogènes.
