Incidence et histoire naturelle des anévrismes des artères viscérales ne sont pas parfaitement connues: 1 à 3 pour 1 000 anévrismes des artères rénales, 1% environ sur des séries autopsiques pour l’ensemble des anévrismes d’artères viscérales, parmi lesquelles les artères spléniques sont le plus fréquemment atteintes (60%), puis les artères hépatiques (20%).
