The Association of Charitable Foundations (ACF) is the leading association of foundations and grantmaking charities in the UK. Since its founding in 1989, ACF has not only improved grantmaking practice, but has contributed to changing the way in which foundations are perceived and perceive themselves, raising the profile of foundations, and enhancing the transparency and development of foundation thinking and practice.

Introduction

The Association of Charitable Foundations (ACF) is the leading membership organization for foundations and grantmaking charities in the UK. It is based in London but holds various meetings and conferences in other parts of the UK.
