Electron diffraction of protein crystals
The use of electron crystallography as a high-resolution structural tool for studying protein crystals is discussed. Topics covered in this chapter include: electron scattering; electron microscopes; data collection embracing specimen preparation and radiation damage; and data processing. This chapter is also available as HTML from the International Tables Online site hosted by the IUCr.
