Structure of Higher Education System

Description

Comoros inaugurated its first public university in 2004. Higher education is also provided by a few other public and private technical schools and institutes.

Stages of studies

University level first stage

Licence

The first and only stage of higher education leads to the award of a Licence after three years of study.

University level second stage

Postgraduate

One year master offered after the Licence.
