A healthy personality is the concentrated and harmonious embodiment of various positive personality characteristics in an individual, often referred to as a sound personality. In the 1920s, the American psychologist Gordan Willard Allport introduced the concept and model of a mature personality, considered the earliest model of a healthy personality. Subsequently, influential psychologists like Carl Gustav Jung, Abraham Harold Maslow, and Carl Ranson Rogers delved into the study of healthy personality. In the 1970s, American psychologist Duane Schultz summarized seven models of healthy personality in his book on Growth Psychology.
