Abstract

The intention of enterocystoplasty to create a good low-pressure reservoir is fully accomplished with detubularized intestinal segment. The ileum, colon, and cecum can be used. The colon or ileum can either be chosen at the time of the surgery, according to this convenience. In this chapter, the indications, surgical techniques, therapeutic results, risk of neoplasia, and complications of enterocystoplasty are reported.
