Wildlife Habitat

Wildlife habitat is a typical or seasonal living environment suitable for animals to survive in the wild under the available food and shelter conditions. The five major ecosystems, including forests, wetlands, grasslands, deserts and oceans, provide habitats for wildlife to live, migrate, rest, and reproduce. They have suitable conditions, such as climate, water, and food, to sustainably support animal survival. Habitats can also be classified based on the ecological groups of wild animals, such as terrestrial animal habitats, aquatic animal habitats, bird habitats, and butterfly habitats. They are important sites for tourists, such as the Dali Butterfly Spring in Yunnan Province.
