This book was written by Xin Wang and was published by Hiking Culture Publishing House in 2004. The book introduces the geographic conditions, types of landforms, and distribution, formation and characteristics of the landscapes of southern Taiwan. It covers areas such as the east coast, mud volcanos, Hengchun Peninsula and Penghu. It also discusses the international trends and mechanisms of landscape conservation. It is useful as a reference for environmental and tourism planning, and it can also be used as a guide book for popularising tourism earth science in southern Taiwan.
