Introduction
The presence of artificial intelligence (AI) has profoundly influenced the lifestyles and daily interactions of human beings. It has facilitated the development of sophisticated applications and devices capable of performing various tasks. A typical example of such a development is the AI-powered chatbot which uses the so-called Natural Language Processing (NLP) model to communicate with humans as well as other chatbots, often termed “bot-to-bot” communication (Adamopoulou and Moussiades 2020). By definition, a chatbot is a computer program developed to converse with a human user, especially over the Internet, to offer various types of assistance within a digital platform.
