Introduction
After more than 40 years of reform and opening up of Chinese society, it has become the target of China’s education policy to foster the modernization of education, to create a strong education nation and to provide education that meets the expectations of its people. Deepening the reform of the educational system has been an essential step in achieving this goal. This is embodied in the basic education management framework, which aims to truly stimulate the vitality of schools so that they can fully play their role as the main body for education, while adhering to educational rules. In the face of the latest educational reforms, the leadership of school administrators must also be repositioned.
