Zusammenfassung

Die rekonstruktive Tubenchirurgie ist ein Teilgebiet der organerhaltenden Operationen in der Gynäkologie. Als weitere Teilgebiete dieses Komplexes sind die Myomenukleation, die Resektion von Endometriose und Adhäsionen sowie die Korrektur von Fehlbedingungen des inneren Genitales zu nennen. Zunehmende Bedeutung hat der Fertilitätserhalt bei benignen und malignen Erkrankungen mittels Ovartransposition oder Ovarpräservation. Im weitesten Sinne gehören aber auch die Inkontinenz- und Prolapschirurgie zur rekonstruktiven Chirurgie in der Gynäkologie.
