Gefäßmalformationen bei Kindern

Zusammenfassung

Gefäßmalformationen bestehen aus kongenitalen Anomalien kapillärer, venöser und arterieller Blut- sowie Lymphgefäße und werden meist bereits im Säuglingsalter diagnostiziert. In einem Teil der Fälle können Gefäßmalformationen aber auch später durch Einblutungen oder ein stattgehabtes Trauma klinisch apparent werden. Vaskuläre Malformationen zeigen einen statischen Verlauf, da sie angeboren sind und keine spontane Regression zeigen. Sie können einzeln und auch kombiniert auftreten, bei einem Teil der Patienten sind sie mit syndromalen Erkrankungen assoziiert.
