Zusammenfassung

Die systemische anaphylaktische Reaktion ist durch die massive Freisetzung von vasodilatorischen und die Gefäßpermeabilität erhöhenden Mediatoren (Histamin, Kinine) sowie von Adrenalin und Noradrenalin charakterisiert. Die Pathophysiologie, Diagnostik und Therapie werden in diesem Kapitel erörtert.
