Zusammenfassung
Die Einführung neuer Anwendungssysteme, wie bspw. ERP-, CRM- oder HR-Systeme, ist ein wesentlicher Wandlungstreiber in Industrie, Handel und Verwaltung mit oftmals weitreichenden Auswirkungen auf die Arbeitsprozesse der Mitarbeiter. Damit einhergehend ändern sich auch die Anforderungen an die Mitarbeiter hinsichtlich deren Umgangs mit den neuen Anwendungssystemen sowie an deren Qualifikations- und Kompetenzprofile. Die Einstellung der vom Wandel Betroffenen zum System und dessen Einführung beeinflusst unter anderem den Erfolg von Veränderungsprojekten. Mittels Instrumenten zur Mitgestaltung der Veränderung durch die Betroffenen kann die Beteiligung der Mitarbeiter erhöht werden, was sich wiederum positiv auf deren Einstellung zum Veränderungsprojekt auswirken kann. Dieser Beitrag diskutiert Technologieakzeptanz von Mitarbeitern und Mitarbeiterpartizipation während der Einführung neuer Anwendungssysteme im Zuge der Digitalisierung von Unternehmensprozessen. Dabei werden zunächst die Konzepte Akzeptanz, Partizipation und Wandel kontextualisiert sowie ein Vorgehensmodell zur Begleitung des Wandels im Kontext der Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen mittels Anwendungssystemen vorgestellt. Anschließend wird das Vorgehen an einem Anwendungsfall illustriert. Abschließend werden ausgewählte Handlungsempfehlungen formuliert, die als Orientierungshilfe im Kontext solcher Transformationsvorhaben dienen sollen.

Als Stimmung wird im Folgenden die Einstellung und Bewertung der Mitarbeiter gegenüber der Veränderung beschrieben. Sie wird ergänzend zur Akzeptanz der Mitarbeiter mit erhoben, die in diesem Kontext auf die Systemakzeptanz bezogen wird.
