Zusammenfassung
Die Bildpraxisanalyse ist eine Methode, die dazu dient, das Bild selbst als Praxis zu analysieren. Aus Perspektive einer praxeologischen Medienphilosophie geht sie davon aus, dass sich in Bildern Medienwissen materialisiert. Um dieses Medienwissen zu bergen, wird das Bild in materialisierter Form auf seine Medienpraktiken hin befragt. Zwei Fallstudien exemplifizieren den methodischen Ablauf am Beispiel des Internet-Memes The Situation Room (2011-) und der In-Game-Fotografie in Red Dead Redemption 2 (Rockstar Games, Diverse, 2018–2019) in verschiedenen medialen Präsentationskontexten.
