Zusammenfassung

Wie jede andere Vakuumpumpe charakterisiert man auch die Kryopumpe durch eine Reihe von Kenngrößen. Diese werden in diesem Kapitel vorgestellt und erklärt. In Beispielen und Anwendungen wird verdeutlicht, dass die Kryopumpe eine äußerst vielfältig einsetzbare Vakuumpumpe ist.
