Zusammenfassung
Markenallianzen sind eine Form der Mehrfachmarkierung und ermöglichen es Unternehmen, unternehmensfremde Marken als Hebel für die eigene Marke und zugehörige Marktleistungen nutzen. Das Grundprinzip beruht dabei auf Bekanntheits- und Imagetransfereffekten zwischen den beteiligten Marken und Leistungen. Bei der Bildung und Steuerung von Markenallianzen sind einige Management-Besonderheiten zu beachten, die sich speziell auf die Ziele und ihre Kontrolle, die Partnerauswahl und auch die Kommunikationsgestaltung beziehen.
