Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag liefert einen Überblick über die Bedeutung von psychischen Erkrankungen in der Gesellschaft, den Medien, und innerhalb der Gesundheitskommunikation. Der Beitrag spricht dabei an, wie psychische Krankheiten in den Medien dargestellt werden und diskutiert die individuellen und gesellschaftlichen Folgen medialer Darstellungen von psychischen Erkrankungen. Der Beitrag beinhaltet dabei auch konkrete Empfehlungen für die Praxis.
