Zusammenfassung

Das Kapitel „Autoerotische Unfälle“ stellt die verschiedenen anamnestischen und therapeutischen Herausforderungen dieser ungewöhnlichen Verletzungen dar. In der Diagnostik ist zunächst eine Abgrenzung zu anderen Entitäten wie beispielsweise dem kindlichen Missbrauch, der Misshandlung oder psychopathologische Ursachen erforderlich. Die urologische Therapie wird getrennt nach dem vorliegenden Befund – beispielsweise penile oder skrotale Ringe und Muffen oder inkorporierte Fremdkörper - dargestellt. Dabei werden die verschiedenen Ansätze und auch die ärztlichen Fehlerquellen bei der Behandlung berücksichtigt.
