Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis

This is an immune-mediated disease of the brain based on infections with viruses, bacteria, or parasites that may occur just after vaccination or spontaneously. As a result, multiple inflammatory lesions occur in the brain and spinal cord (especially in the “white core”).
