Diseases, which may either exist even in millions of hosts, but which are treatable and thus no longer considered as dangerous, or diseases, which lead to only a few human cases per year in some regions and thus are no more considered. The threat deriving from both variations may enormously be increased, if drug resistances occur or epidemics start reaching high waves.
