Definition

A method of radiotherapy that uses daily CT localization images to compute estimates of daily dose in order to track the impact of delivered dose on observed anatomical changes (i.e., tumor shrinkage or weight loss), and to adapt the treatment delivery to correct for these deviations. This may result in generating a new treatment plan based on current anatomy.
