Arthur Miller (1915–2005) was one of the greatest U.S. playwrights. Best known for Death of a Salesman, in which he created the iconic character Willy Loman, he was also a prolific essayist and author. Miller’s second marriage (1956–1961) was to screen actress Marilyn Monroe {see planet  (3768)}. (M 53952)
