2001 HY. Discovered 2001 Apr. 16 at the St. Véran Observatory at St. Véran. (*MPO 34613)

Located in the southern French Alps, Saint-Veran is the highest village in France. Astronomy has been developed here since 1973. The T62 telescope is managed by AstroQueyras, a French amateur astronomers association. This is the first numbered minor planet discovered at this observatory. (M 47303)
