Tetsuo Kagawa (1969– ) is a staff member of the Gekko Observatory and an eminent observer. Besides his many discoveries of minor planets, he has contributed to the follow-up work for the minor planets discovered at the Nihondaira Observatory {see planet (2880)}. (M 47295)
