Palliative Care for Individuals with Cerebral Palsy
Pediatric palliative care teams are interdisciplinary teams that focus on quality of life for pediatric patients with severe illness and their families. This chapter outlines a description of palliative care teams and how they can assist individuals with severe cerebral palsy and their families along the journey of illness.
