Bureaucrats spell the working force of any large organization, public or private. However, for the purposes of this entry, bureaucrats entail public-sector employees
Hybrids broadly entail organizations, organizational sectors, organizational actors, processes, and activities that do not neatly fit into established categories of organizations, organizational sectors, organizational actors, activities, and processes.
