Introduction
Organizational change is a phenomenon that has been studied widely over the past decades. As organizations find themselves operating in increasingly complex environments, their very survival often depends on their ability to implement changes necessary to adapt. However, one concept which goes hand in hand in discussions on managing change is employee “resistance to change.” This entry therefore will discuss the concept of resistance, as examined in the literature.
