These are the responses to organizational conflict, in the field of organizational behavior: avoidance, competition, accommodation, compromise, and collaboration between the representatives of some combination of individuals and/or groups in response to interpersonal conflict, intergroup conflict, or conflict between an organization and one or more of its stakeholders.
