Bolshoy – an island in the Severnaya Zemlya Archipelago, Taymyr Dolgano-Nenets Autonomous District, Russia. It is situated in the central part of the archipelago close to the coast of Bolshevik Island, to the northwest of the Faddey Bay, and to the east of the Komsomolskaya Pravda Islands and part of the Beregovye Islands. Another island of the group, named Maly, lies to the northwest of it and has an oval shape stretching from the southwest to the northeast. The shores are low-sloped and flat.
