    The Journal of Business Ethics was founded in 1982 by philosophers Alex C. Michalos and Deborah C. Poff who served as its esteemed editors for decades and established it as the finest and most long-standing journal in the general field of business ethics. The contents of this journal helped to shape the field of business ethics until this very day.

    Amartya Sen refers to these rights as “laws in waiting” (Sen 2009).

    Philosophical work on collective moral responsibility as it pertains to remedial rights to compensatory and non-compensatory reparations includes Corlett (2010: Chap. 5) and McGary (1999: Chap. 5).

    Several articles authored by the world’s leading philosopher-experts on the topic of moral responsibility are published in The Journal of Ethics: An International Philosophical Review (Springer).
