Administrative Reform: Changes to the structure or processes of public organizations designed to improve outcomes or respond to public demands for better accountability or transparency.

Introduction

One could say that every administrative system and every administrative agency is continuously engaged in some phase of administrative reform. Administrative reform is not only continuous but is often the first step managers can take either to improve performance or recover from significant blows to agency prestige.
