The International Association for Relationship Research (IARR)

Introduction

The International Association for Relationship Research (IARR) is a professional organization whose purposes, as articulated in its bylaws, are to:

  1. (a)

    Stimulate and support the scientific study of personal relationships, including research, teaching, and scholarship related thereto

  2. (b)

    Encourage cooperation among individuals around the world and in various disciplines who are engaged in the scientific study of personal relationships

  3. (c)

    Support the development of the work of new scholars

  4. (d)

    Encourage the application of research findings

  5. (e)

    Encourage the dissemination of educational and literary materials related to the scientific study of personal relationships
