Abstract
Paget’s disease is a common disorder causing focal areas of increased and disorganized bone turnover. Its appearance on imaging can be mistaken for osteosclerotic bone metastases, osteosarcoma, or lymphoma, but careful assessment of the features on CT greatly assist in differentiating Paget’s disease from malignancy.
