Abstract
This chapter summarizes the imaging features of fibrous dysplasia, which accounts for approximately 2–5% of benign bone lesions and may be mistaken for malignant or metastatic disease. Some of the characteristics of fibrous dysplasia on imaging can help correctly classify these lesions.
