Abstract

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic joint pathology characterized by degenerative cartilage and adjacent subchondral bone lesions. This chapter describes the biomechanics, etiopathogenesis, clinical features, advantages, and limitations of conventional radiology imaging, and SPECT-CT and management strategy in OA.
