Abstract

Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome is a chronic neurologic neuropathic pain disorder. It is distinct from other pain syndromes by autonomic dysfunction, persistent regional inflammatory changes, and a lack of dermatomal distribution. This chapter describes the etiopathogenesis, clinical features, subtypes, diagnostic criteria, and the role of conventional radiological and Bone SPECT/CT in diagnosing and managing CRPS.
