Abstract

Wrist impaction syndromes predominantly comprise ulnar impaction syndrome (ulnocarpal impaction or ulnocarpal abutment). This chapter describes the etiopathogenesis, clinical features, and the role of conventional radiological and Bone SPECT/CT imaging in diagnosing and managing ulnar impaction syndromes.
