Abstract

SPECT/CT arthrography is a comprehensive fusion imaging and gives valuable additional information. This chapter describes SPECT/CT arthrography’s benefits and incremental value in musculoskeletal imaging. The basics of bone SPECT/CT and three-phase planar imaging in hand and wrist imaging remain the same as in other skeleton regions.
