Abstract
Chondrosarcomas are aggressive cartilage forming tumors either primary origin or secondary origin. It can be low or intermediate or high grade tumor. These show increased uptake on bone scan and helpful in differentiating low grade chondrosarcoma from enchondromas which show lower avidity. Bone scan is also useful to localize metastasis to bones and lungs in higher grades.
