Osteoblastomas are rare benign primary bone tumor, commonly located in posterior elements of spine causing neurological pain. Surgical resection is indicated and bone scan has high sensitivity for its detection. SPECT/CT increases its specificity by showing its peculiar CT features and exact anatomical localization.
