Abstract
Osteoid osteoma is a benign bone forming tumor seen in young adults/adolescents, usually presenting with nocturnal pain and is often missed on X-rays. Bone scan has showed higher sensitivity than other conventional imaging. SPECT/CT adds to its specificity.
