Osteoid osteoma is a benign but painful osteoblastic bone lesion, commonly affecting young male patients, with a peak incidence in the second decade of life, generally smaller than 2 cm. In this chapter, we describe the imaging characteristic of the osteoid osteoma of the pelvis.
