Abstract

Osteopoikilosis is a rare autosomal dominant condition characterized by multiple benign enostoses. The lesions of osteopoikilosis are mostly located in the epiphyseal and metaphyseal region of tubular bones, with the hands and feet affected most, followed by the pelvis, radius, ulna, sacrum, tibia, and fibula. In this chapter, we discuss the imaging features of osteopoikilosis with an emphasis on bone scintigraphy.
