Abstract
Traumatic hip fractures include fractures of the femur head and neck with or without associated fracture of acetabulum. It usually occurs as a result of road traffic accident or due to fall from height. In this chapter, we illustrate the role of bone scintigraphy and SPECT/CT in traumatic hip fractures.
