Abstract
Patellofemoral joint (PFJ) osteoarthritis is a progressive degenerative pathology, often a result of patella maltracking or trauma. The chapter focuses on different imaging modalities, especially SPECT/CT, and their impact on diagnosis and treatment with arthroplasty.
