Abstract

Osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee involves progressive degeneration of the knee ultimately leading to cartilage wear and bone exposure, resulting in pain and loss of function. This chapter provides an overview of the radiological findings of primary OA and treatment options, with a special focus of SPECT/CT features.
