Abstract
Locked pseudoarthrosis is a radiographical entity defined by the presence of a lucency in the bridging trabecular bone visible in the middle of the interbody cage with solid bone growing into the cage from each vertebral endplate. The specific findings of locked pseudoarthrosis on bone SPECT/CT are illustrated in this chapter.
